Online registration
The Hungarian and English online registration forms have now been built technically. Public registration will open only after the final deadline, approved privacy/photo-video and minor/guardian wording, and full testing have been completed.
Current status: the forms are not accepting registrations yet. The official registration button and final privacy information will appear on this page when registration opens.
How will it work?
One application, one central system
Online form
Separate Hungarian and English forms have been built with the same logic. Extra questions appear only when they are relevant to the participant.
Confirmation
Concert, masterclass and orchestra assignments will be confirmed separately after the registration period closes.
What will you need?
Main registration information
Basic details
Name, year of birth, city and country, school or institution, accordion teacher, years of study and contact email.
Participation
Festival days you will attend; whether you wish to perform; masterclass interest; participation in the festival accordion orchestra.
Only when relevant
Repertoire, chamber group members, masterclass piece and availability, orchestra part preference and guardian details for participants under 18.
Important: indicating that you wish to perform does not automatically guarantee placement in a concert programme. Final scheduling will be confirmed separately by the organisers.

The form includes an optional question allowing young musicians to request further information about accordion studies at the Bartók Conservatory.

Current registration status
The HU/EN Google Forms and their conditional branching are complete, and the organiser database plus two separate RAW backup structures have been created. Before opening registration we still need to record the final registration deadline and approved privacy, photo/video and minor/guardian wording, then test all registration routes on mobile and desktop.
